MEETING POINT (2)

When Art and Clothing in the same matrix is called FASHION

3 evenings dressed in fashion. 3 evenings in which fashion was the “prom queen”. 3 delightful evenings.

For the first time, at TFF, all the art faculties in Romania met – thanks to the concept conceived by the organizers.

Not only that. Many other countries were present on the podium in an explosion of textiles and colors.

I was there with 3 license collections. 3 graduates who deserved their place on the podium.

Today  is about them, about 3 graduates and about their creations that took the podium at TFF. Their creations, in which there is a part of me … of what I am, what I like and what I like to do.

I dedicate this post to them. Their hard work, seriousness and skill with which they approached their collections.

Words are useless. The images speak for themselves.

Ioana GeorgescuKa-Anna.

An original collection, in which refinement and elegance went hand in hand.

The ornamental details and the accessories chosen by the designer make the Ka-Anna collection a unique one.

Fluid materials, transparent versus opaque textiles, gloss in antithesis with matte, bring to the public a collection inspired by the well-known story of Ana Karenina.

Romina ŢoţaFight and go

World wars have marked the lives of our parents and grandparents. The current generation knows the history of books. Romina liked not only the history but also the military clothes from the mentioned period.

So that we identify in this collection, elements / details of the army officers: reinterpreted pockets, epaulettes placed in atypical areas or camouflage details made by hand embroidery.

Vanesa UrsuPost-Moderna

A street-wear collection for free afternoons … maybe for the urban jungle (with reference to always in vogue animal-prints) ?!

The clothing items are composed of details that give them the originality of the creative approach: through colors and shapes, animal prints (the cow prints made by Vanessa herself), various textures.

Until our next “meeting”, remember to dress… healthy!
